Upon popular request, this Leaves on a Stream Meditation is actually one of my favorite types of mindfulness meditation practice, especially when you find yourself ruminating about your thoughts, feelings, or situations. It is very effective for allowing yourself to be non-judgmental towards your thoughts, feelings, and sensations, and to be able to simply let go of them in the moment.
